She says “close enough” because he’s in winged cat form, rather than full-cat form. Which, while slightly more awkward to hold him in, is still small enough that she can help.
And yes, “last time” everybody remember what happened last time they did this? Cuz I’m not linking to it, it was horribly drawn and paced. heh. At any rate, it didn’t work out well.
